FreedomFest Pitch Tank
Purpose
The FreedomFest Pitch Tank is an electrifying opportunity for creators, inventors, and aspiring entrepreneurs! This is our celebration of the role of the entrepreneur in society to find the solutions of tomorrow for the problems of today. Each competitor will compete for cash prizes and invaluable professional services. Additionally, we provide guidance to refine your concept and pair you with industry mentors for expert guidance. Whether you’re a seasoned innovator or just starting out, this event is your platform to shape the future of your entrepreneurship journey.
Programming Format
There will be four 45 minute breakout sessions dedicated to the competition with one on each day of FreedomFest. Our panel of judges will use the first three breakout sessions to whittle the pool of potential winners down to 3 competitors. On the final day of the competition, our celebrity judges will choose the winning idea. During our closing main stage session, we’ll announce the winner and bring them up on stage.
Contestants will pitch their idea to a panel of judges in the first round. The top three finalists will pitch again in the final round to a panel of celebrity judges. The winner will receive a cash prize angel investment. Each entry includes two FreedomFest full conference passes, the opportunity to pitch, and a $500 contribution to the prize.
In addition, contestants can participate in the “Tradeshow for Liberty” exhibit hall by upgrading to exhibitor status. These participants will also receive a bronze tabletop and basic branding presence on our website in addition to the aforementioned benefits.
